Tagliatelle with mushrooms


Tagliatelle with mushroomsSimple and tasty dish diversify your menu.


Ingredients:




- 400g tagliatelle


- 300 g mushrooms


- 1 onion


- 200 g cream 22%


- 25 g olive oil


- 1 tsp. Basil


- Sol


- pepper





Method of preparation:


The pasta to boil in boiling salted water until almost cooked. Pasta, drain in a colander but do not rinse. To drain the water, then put the tagliatelle in the sauce and warm up.




To prepare the sauce should boil the mushrooms. Drain the water and cooked mushrooms cut into thin slices. Saute mushrooms in olive oil. In sauteed mushrooms add the onion and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding cream. Then add salt, spices and remaining cream. All of the above stew in the pan until thick.
