Irish meat pie


Irish meat pieRecipes of cakes, meat is almost all national cuisines of the world. And options are great. But, since today is St. Patrick's Day, we will do the Irish meat pie.



Ingredients:


- 500 g puff pastry


- 500 g veal


- 100 g bacon


- 1 onion


- 100 grams of raisins


- 2 tbsp wheat flour


- 1 egg


- Sol


- pepper





Cooking method


Put the flour in a large bowl and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the cubes of meat (about 1, 5 x 1, 5 cm) and mix them with the flour, so that it is evenly coated meat.




In a pan put the bacon on medium heat to melt from him fat. Add the meat and fry it until brown. Then remove from pans.




Cut into small dice onion and add it to the pan, where the roasted meat. Lightly fry for 2 minutes, then return the beef to the pan. Add the raisins. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over moderate heat for about 40 minutes. Cool.




Divide the dough into two parts and roll out circles approximately 25 see




One part of the test, place the filling, cover with the remaining part of the test and sumipntg edge. Top coat with the egg and bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 180° C.




For garnish you can apply for French fries and green peas.
