Khachapuri at home


Khachapuri at homeKhachapuri - Georgian dishes, which is a tortilla with cheese. The name comes from the words "bread" ("Puri" and "cheese" ("hacho"). It happens many species. Today we will tell you about the Armenian. In Armenia bake puff khachapuri in the form of an envelope or triangle.



Ingredients:


- 200 ml milk


- 1 egg


- 1 teaspoon dry yeast


- 1 teaspoon sugar


- 1/2 teaspoon salt


- 2 cups flour


- 100 gr. butter


- 300 gr. cheese "Suluguni"





Method of preparation:


Slightly warm the milk. Then in warm milk dissolve yeast and sugar, let stand 5 minutes. A little beaten egg. Then add salt and beaten egg, USEPA portions sifted flour, knead the elastic dough, cover with a cloth and let the dough "rest" for 10 minutes. Then divide the dough into 2 pieces, one slightly larger than the other, roll out a thin layer of thick grease soft butter (not melted).




Roll the tortilla rolls, then roll the snail, do likewise with the second half of the test. Snails are put into a large container, cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.




The oven heated to 200 degrees, baking lay oiled paper. Then put on the table floured large snail, roll out slightly oval circle (the dough to knead), to transfer a workpiece on a baking sheet, spread the cheese, slightly receded from the edges.




Roll out the second snail, which is less, to cover her on top of the filling, the edges well to sumipntg and raise to the top, khachapuri ready to coat with beaten egg. Put in the oven, and bake until Golden brown.




Cool on the grill and serve warm, cut into pieces.
