Bavarian strudel. Video recipe.




THE PRODUCT SET:



For the dough: 250 g flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 egg 125 g of water, 50 g of vegetable oil.


For the filling: 250 g of cottage cheese, 150 g sour cream 100 g sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g raisins, 50 g butter, 0, 5 kg of apples, 100 g of powdered bread crumbs, cinnamon to taste.


PROGRESS:


1. In a bowl sift the flour, make a well and add salt, eggs, water and vegetable oil. Knead homogeneous dough. Put into the refrigerator.


2. In a bowl mix cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs. Apples, peel and cut into slices, add the raisins, butter, ground bread crumbs and cinnamon. Mix everything.


3. Roll out the dough very thinly on the fabric and stretch it. Put on the filling and wrapped in a roll. Grease with vegetable oil and bake at a temperature of 240 °C for 30 minutes.


4. To serve, garnish with berries and whipped cream.
