Fish under hot coat


Delicious and healthy delicacy of fish and potatoes. Fast, simple, but incredibly delicious!


The product set:


- 300 gr. fish fillets


- 3 medium potatoes


- 2 eggs


- 100 ml cream


green onions vegetable oil


- salt, pepper


Progress:


The form of grease. Put the thinly sliced potatoes salt (so that visually they looked like fish scales). The top lay the fish fillets, pre pepper and salt. On top of the fillet to put another layer of potato "scales". Sprinkle with finely chopped onion, pour a mixture of beaten eggs and milk and place in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with salad.
