The Swedish diet


The Swedish dietA diet designed for a week, will teach you to eat more buckwheat, vegetables, fruits and milk. Eating meat, fish and eggs minimized. As for weight, not count on the fact that he immediately leave. It all depends on the individual characteristics of the body.



Day 1



Breakfast: a glass of milk, buckwheat porridge.

Lunch: 100 g cheese, salad of tomatoes, sweet peppers and onion, a glass of milk.

Dinner: 3 boiled potatoes, 200 g cooked beetroot, grated and seasoned sour cream, a slice of bread.


Day 2





Breakfast: a glass of milk, buckwheat porridge.

Lunch: 250 g boiled fish, 2 boiled potatoes, green salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Dinner: 200 g of salad made of cabbage and onions, seasoned with vegetable oil; 2 eggs, hard boiled, a glass of milk.



Day 3



Breakfast: a glass of milk, 60 grams of cheese, a slice of bread.

Lunch: 250g fried chicken, 100 g of salad made of raw vegetables, a glass of Apple juice.

Dinner: 150g mashed potatoes, 80 g of cheese, a slice of bread, a glass of milk.



Day 4



Breakfast: a glass of Apple juice, 2 slices of toast.

Lunch: 100 g of buckwheat, a small piece of boiled meat, 200 g apples and oranges.

Dinner: 100 g of boiled rice, 150 g of salad made of tomatoes and onions, seasoned with vegetable oil, a glass of milk.


Day 5-th





Breakfast: Cup yogurt, orange.

Lunch: meat. 100 g of boiled potatoes, a Cup of tea.

Dinner: 150 g strawberries or oranges, 200 g of any fruit, a glass of Apple juice.


Day 6





Breakfast: a glass of milk, 200 grams of buckwheat.

Lunch: 150 g of boiled potatoes, 150 g of boiled meat, Apple, orange.

Dinner: 100 grams of rice, 200 g of salad made of cabbage, cucumbers, green peppers, and onions, seasoned with vegetable oil.


Day 7





Breakfast: a glass of milk, 150 grams of rice porridge.

Lunch: 200 grams of boiled or broiled fish, 100 g of boiled potatoes, Apple, orange, a glass of orange juice.

Dinner: a small steak, a salad of raw vegetables, a slice of black bread, an Apple, a glass of Apple juice.
