5 quick dishes of shrimpYou can buy them at any time of year, frozen or fresh, they have a lot of protein and this is a very useful ingredient in various dishes. Shrimp is popular with different people, and they like the lobster flavor is a great addition to the other flavors in the recipes.


Spaniards love to cook them with garlic, oil and chili pepper, Indians with cumin and coriander, Japanese fried in oil and dipped in soy sauce.




Some don't like frozen shrimp, but you can buy them and thawed or defrosted by the day before cooking and wipe with a cloth.

Soup with shrimp and noodles


In a saucepan put 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 cm piece ginger, finely chopped, 2 pen green onions, finely chopped 12 pods of green beans. Add 2 x 420 cans of canned chicken soup and boil. Add 250 grams of shrimp, a little soy sauce, a squeeze of lime (lemon). In a bowl put some egg noodles and pour the soup.





Shrimp with garlic and chili


Fry 1 crushed garlic clove 1 tbsp olive oil, add 1 hot red pepper and stir on high heat. Add a handful of chopped coriander, squeeze a little fresh lemon juice. Pour the boiled shrimp.





Pasta with shrimp, herbs and tomato


Fry 1 onion 1 crushed clove of garlic in olive oil, add 4 chopped tomato and 450 g of raw shrimp, cook until shrimp becomes pink. Add Basil leaves and stir with 450 g of cooked pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.





Baked potatoes with shrimp in mustard sauce


Combine 2 tbsp. of Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp of sour cream and some chopped shnit-onions in a bowl. Fry 16 tiger shrimp until pink, add them to the sauce and put it on potatoes (potatoes cooked whole in their skins in the oven or in the microwave and serve, cut into 4 pieces).





Salad with shrimp, dill and yogurt


Peel and cut into cubes half long cucumber in a bowl with 2 tbsp. of yogurt, dill, crushed clove of garlic and a pinch of ground cumin. Mixed with 300 g of boiled shrimp.
