The power of excellence

The power of excellenceEveryone knows that modern life affects our health. But still adult body somehow still able to resist such a "rhythm", but the small body of a child requires special attention and support in the form of the required number of elements and vitamins, especially if you want your child to learn well.

Proteins

In the first year of life enough of those proteins that baby gets the milk. But at this time we begin child to feed eggs and meat.

Child aged 2 to 6 years should, if possible, on a weekly basis to give 3 eggs in any form. Best of all, however, so that the yolk remains liquid because the egg in this case it is better absorbed by the body. Egg, hard-boiled, difficult to digest, especially in sensitive children.

Meat give the child a little, a few spoons, depending on the child's appetite. Some children refuse from meat. They should not make him have. You only need to ensure that the proteins were in sufficient quantities in other foods, eggs, cheese and milk, vegetable products. Sometimes children do not eat meat until pubertal age. But then one of them can become large meat-lovers.

Time to teach your children to eat fish. You should only read it to see that it was not bone. Fish is easily digested and contains a lot of necessary mineral salts.

Don't let the child in the same dish several different protein products! So, for example, incorrectly prepare a dish containing meat, eggs and peas or beans. Divide the possible proteins so that they are evenly was part of a separate dishes throughout the week.

Lipids

Lipids serve not only to create the shell of our body. And for a small child they are needed in fairly large quantities. Polyunsaturated fats are needed to build cells, they give flexibility and protection, hormones, brain development, heart and blood vessels, to protect the nerves. The brain is 60% of lipids. But not touch any here is of paramount importance quality. There are 3 types of lipids: saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Carbohydrates

Scientists estimate: 1 minute to 100 g of tissue of the human brain consumes up to 5 mg of glucose. And yet, compared with other tissues, the brain tissue is poor in carbohydrates, which are represented by the glucose and glycogen.

This is because glucose is the main substrate for respiration of brain tissue: more than 90% recyclable brain glucose is oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, and this is the process of breathing, which is certainly present oxygen.

With a small weight (2-3% of body mass) brain in a state of physical rest consumes oxygen 20-25% of the total consumption of his whole body, and with intense mental activity - up to 50%. Especially intensively consume oxygen to the cells of the cortex and cerebellum.

So can we deprive our brain its substrate breathing? Unequivocally, no. Therefore, the menu of every man, and especially of excellence, in sufficient quantities should be carbohydrates, the end product of the decay of which, in particular, is glucose.
