Japanese scientists conducted an experiment, which found that allergic reactions often occur in the firstborn.
The chances of developing allergies, allergic rhinitis or conjunctivitis each additional child decreases. So, for example, if 4% of the firstborn suffers from food allergies, the second child, this figure varies between 3, 5%, and the third at 2, 6%.
By the way, in the experiment participated 13 000 students aged 7-15 years, thanks to which it was also known that the risk of development of asthma and atypical dermatitis does not depend on birth order.
