Monday


Breakfast
Fried two eggs, a sandwich with ham and cheese, 1 Apple, tea or coffee with two lumps of sugar.



Lunch
Salad seasonal vegetables. Soup (borsch, Solyanka or chicken broth). Braised beef liver with a side dish of rice. Two slices of bread from wheat flour. Compote of dried fruits.


Dinner
Pasta with seafood. For dessert - tiramisu homemade.


Before going to bed drink a glass of kefir.


Tuesday


Breakfast
1 boiled egg, salad of apples, cabbage and celery, a sandwich with ham and cheese. Tea or coffee with two lumps of sugar.



Lunch
Beet salad with walnuts and sour cream. Soup (soup kharcho soup, soup or onion soup).400 g fillet of salmon baked in foil. Boiled potatoes on the side. Two slices of bread from wheat flour.



Dinner
Hunting sausages with braised cabbage. A glass of white unfiltered beer.


Before going to bed drink a glass of kefir.

Risotto with mushrooms. 1 glass of white wine. Before going to bed drink a glass of kefir.


Thursday


Breakfast
1 boiled egg, a sandwich with ham and cheese, semolina with butter. Tea or coffee with two lumps of sugar.



Lunch
Salad seasonal vegetables. Soup. Vegetable stew with braised beef. 2 slices of bread from wheat flour. Chocolate cake for dessert.



Dinner
Potatoes with vegetables and cheese, baked in the oven. Before going to bed drink a glass of kefir.



Friday


Breakfast
Fried two eggs, a sandwich with ham and cheese, coffee or tea with two lumps of sugar.



Lunch
Fish salad - tuna canned peas, onions and vegetables of your choice. Soup. Roast pork in the pot. Orange jelly for dessert.



Dinner
Homemade ravioli with butter. Before going to bed drink a glass of kefir.
