1. Move with pleasure. A good reason to change the attitude to household chores: just 20 minutes 3 times a week work at home (if you move vigorously) can reduce the level of stress.
2. Look out the window.

5. Meditate. Meditation is a great way to restore emotional balance. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Feel relax your muscles starting with your toes and mentally moving up to the muscles of the neck and face. Breathe freely. Just 15 minutes a day this meditation will help you to neutralize the anxiety and stress.
