Yummy summer fruit dessert of peaches!
Great taste of the peaches can be made even more exquisite by preparing the fruit in wine
For this you will need:
4 peaches, pitted, cut in half (it is better to use solid), 4 apricots, pitted, also cut in half 1 vanilla pod, split lengthwise, ¼ Cup powdered sugar, ¼ Cup Marsala.
Preparation:
Place the pieces of apricot and peach in a small heatproof dish, greased with butter, add the vanilla pod, sprinkle with sugar and Marsala.
Bake, without covering with a lid, at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes, until the peaches are soft and the syrup boils. Serve with crushed biscuits and yogurt.
