Exercise # 1


Original position: feet shoulder width of the pelvis, the body weight on one leg, the other toe touches the floor; hands on his belt.


Perform squats and lifting simultaneously moving the leg to the side. Repeat the exercise 10 to 15 times in each direction.


Note: the knee of the supporting leg should not extend beyond the toe; during discharge of the feet with the knees slightly bend.





Exercise # 2
