Pineapple diet


Pineapple dietTake 2 pounds of natural liter of pineapple and pineapple juice, not containing sugar. Pineapple cut into pieces or slices, divide into 4 portions. This will be your daily diet.


The first portion of the Breakfast, the second in the interval between Breakfast and dinner, one lunch, and fourth, respectively, for dinner.




During the day you should drink a liter of pineapple juice.




In any case there is nothing else to eat nor to drink.




If not do you during the day to eat 100 grams of chicken or boiled meat, 100 grams of cottage cheese and a slice of rye bread.




During the week, maybe 2 fasting day on the pineapple.
