Truffle


TruffleIngredients:


200 g dark chocolate


120g sugar


150 g cream (36% fat


30g butter


100 g of cocoa powder





Method of preparation:


Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Sugar to melt in the heat without water. Then, add in caramelized sugar, butter and warm cream, boil 1 minute. Pour in the boiling mass of chocolate, stir. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.




From the cooled mass to make truffles. The molded balls with wet hands with a teaspoon. The finished balls-candy sprinkle grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
