Pancakes zucchini


Pancakes zucchiniPancakes zucchini stout excellent side dish to meat.


Ingredients:




- 2 small zucchini


- 4 tablespoons semolina


- 1 tablespoons of flour


- 2 eggs


- 1 small sweet onion,


- dill or parsley


- Sol





Method of preparation:


Zucchini wash, peel and grate. Lightly flame the bacteriological on a dry pan semolina and add to the zucchini.




Stir and then add the same egg yolks, salt, finely chopped onion, dill or parsley.




If too much liquid, add a little flour.




Whisk in a thick egg whites and mix with the main mix.




Lay the spoon on the hot oil and cook like normal pancakes.
