Cordon Bleu


Cordon BleuIngredients:



- 4 pork schnitzel or chicken breast
- ground pepper


- 4 slices ham


- 4 slices of cheese (Emmental, Gruyere or Raclette)


- 2 tbsp. flour


- 2 eggs


- 80 g breadcrumbs


- 3 tbsp. melted butter





Method of preparation:


Schnitzel lightly tenderize. On both sides with salt and pepper. Put each slice of cheese, then a slice of ham. Roll up roll. The edges of the meat fasten with toothpicks.




The lightly whisk the eggs and add some salt. Schnitzel roll in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg, roll in breadcrumbs and press the breading. Put the rolls in a container, pre-lubricated melted butter. Also, you can sprinkle each roll with 1 tsp oil. In a preheated 190 ° C oven, place the container and bake until then, until you start to stand out the juice.




When serving, you can pour the sauce. For its preparation you will need the sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano. All these ingredients need to cook on medium heat until thickens. Be submitted to the Gordon-blue, pre-watering rolls.
