If less than 8you staunch individualist. This is neither good nor bad, accept it as fact. In our full time jobs, where the friendly staff will not hinder you to work productively. If you still have managed to get to work, where there is the spirit of the team, do not be surprised that around you from time to time will curl tornado industrial conflict.

From 8 to 12. You certainly have a "team spirit", and, if necessary, you - "everything." But, deep down, you sometimes annoying is the fact that the result of your work depends on the work of other team members. And once you are firmly convinced that they work better than many, and if you do not interfere, then you would not have achieved unprecedented success.

From 12 to 20 or more. You are able to effectively work in a team. While you can combine the spirit of personal independence, not be anonymized. To work with you in the same group - and the benefits and pleasure
