Shoe designer SERGIO ROSSI created paper boots

Shoe designer SERGIO ROSSI began a collaboration with Chinese artist pan Wei to create a collection of boots made of rice paper. The collection of shoes is not designed for wearing, and the model of boots are made to pay tribute to one of the ancient forms of Chinese art.

High boots designer Sergio Rossi were taken as a starting point, and Wei has created eight unique designs, which were made hand painted with traditional Chinese symbols and patterns.

This season autumn-winter 2012-2013 remain in fashion classic tall boots, and if your wardrobe has remained boots last season, you can restore the shoes in any Studio network Mr. Shoemaker. This will allow you to breathe new life into your favorite model of boots or shoes.

Joint work of the two artists was exhibited at the Sergio Rossi boutique in Paris from 14 to 21 October, to coincide with FIAC - Foire Internationale d'art Contemporain - annual festival of contemporary art in Paris.
