Endocrinologists at the University of Buffalo found out what drink is best to drink in the morning. That effectively protects against aging, prevents the development of many diseases and the appearance of extra weight.
Experiments involving 30 men and women aged 20-40 years showed that the best thing after Breakfast to drink orange juice. This drink helps to neutralize free radicals and is the best preventive measure against diabetes, metabolic disorders and obesity.
Volunteers were offered a Breakfast sandwich with sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Drinks during the experiment was heard different. Someone got a sweet water, some clean water and some orange juice.
A few hours after Breakfast, the participants in the study took blood samples for analysis. It was found that those who drank orange juice, glucose level was lower than the rest, but the level of chemical compounds that are responsible for immunity, above.
