In the night from 26 to 27 may in Baku ended the song contest "Eurovision-2012". The host country of the next contest was Sweden. According to the results of voting by phone forty-two countries and the opinions of respected jury took first place in the singer Loreen from Sweden.

Our Ukraine, which represented the singer Gaitana, took 15th place.

Despite the fact that the Ukrainian singer Gaitana really wanted to win in the contest "Eurovision-2012", she lost. What was not liked by the audience remained a mystery. Gaitana scored just 65 points and was not even included in the top ten.

Second place went to "Buranovskie grandmothers" who represented Russia. They scored 259 points. The third position is held by Zeljko Joksimovic (Serbia - 214 points. 4th place - Azerbaijan - 150 points.
