Exercises for prevention of visual impairment


Exercises for prevention of visual impairmentThese exercises are not only useful for the eyes, they kind of "massage for the brain", so as to stimulate mental activity.


The eyes draw 6 circles clockwise and 6 crwav counterclockwise.




- Sit comfortably. Eyes to write numbers from 0 to 9, or Vice versa.




- Eyes to write their first and last name.




- Eyes to write today's date.




- To draw the eyes of the springs or zigzags: 15 seconds "Tua" and 15 seconds "back".




- To narrow the right eye, left to draw 3 circles clockwise and 3 round against; to narrow the left eye. right to draw 3 circles against, 3 clockwise

The eyes draw 6 horizontal eights and 6 vertical. Eyes to write the date, week and month.




- Shut left eye, the right to write the odd numbers from 1 to 9: shut the right eye, the left to write the even numbers from 2 to 10.
