Each woman two apples! Eating just two apples a day can protect women from heart disease, was discovered in a new study at Florida State University.


Apples, significantly reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood of women who are experiencing menopause. It is known that during menopause women most at risk of heart attacks and strokes.




During the experiment it was found that those women who were daily eating two apples for six months, the level of cholesterol in the blood has decreased by almost a quarter.




Most decreased levels of low-density lipoprotein, the so-called " bad " cholesterol, which causes the formation of blood clots in the vessels.
