Breakfast
: in a glass of plain water (150 ml), add 1 tbsp. of honey and 5-7 drops of lemon juice. Stir and quickly drink. After 10-15 minutes, drink a Cup of tea or coffee.
Lunch: the portion of cooked Turkey and vegetables (any, but not more than 500 g).
Dinner: pour 150-200 g cabbage 150 ml of water and cook without adding salt and spices 15-20 minutes. This decoction should be drunk slowly and with pleasure for 30-40 minutes.
Bedtime: if hungry, you can drink a glass of water.
Emergency diet No. 2
Breakfast
: 1 boiled soft-boiled egg without salt.
After 3 hours: 150 g low-fat cottage cheese and tea without sugar.
After 3 hoursagain 150g cottage cheese and tea without sugar.
Until the next morning: only mineral water.
Emergency diet No. 3
Day 1
Breakfast: a Cup of unsweetened coffee, orange juice, 2 eggs.
Lunch: 8 carolivy.
Dinner: orange and 1 egg.
Day 2
Breakfast: coffee and a piece of cheese.
Lunch: orange and 1 egg.
Dinner: a Cup of yogurt and a pear.
Day 3
Breakfast: a Cup of strong sweet tea.
Lunch: cucumber, tomato and a piece of cheese.
Dinner: a glass of milk.
Remember, to lose weight in 3 days is easy, but for the body is very hard. So to repeat such diets can be no more than six months.
