Diet 10 productsWeekly diet consisting of 10 products, will help to shed 2-4 kg depending on the characteristics of your body. Affordable, wholesome and effective diet deserves your attention, if you are determined to lose some, if not torturing themselves by fasting and not limiting myself to eat. So, 10 products, which can be included in your menu daily, but remember, the intake should not exceed 1, 5 kg


- chicken breast, or Turkey (white meat), or low-fat, boiled fish
- eggs, better cooked


- yogurt, no more than 2 % fat


- tomatoes


- cucumbers


- zucchini, zucchini


- cabbage or cauliflower, kohlrabi


- eggplant, braised


- mushrooms are not salty


- grapefruits, oranges, apples or carrots.


In addition to the dishes of the above products are allowed:
