In the compositions used in sports aerobics, we can distinguish seven main types of movements. In the fourth includes gymnastic elements such as repulsion hands in push-up position, circles, legs and so on. Sports aerobics many regarded as an effective way to improve the figure, to make it more slim and toned. Men can use it to increase muscle body component by about three percent, and women five, but this will require at least one year of regular practice.
