T-shirt-charge

While our mobile operators think, as if to entice users, the British decided to take the user to their original proposals.


Operator Orange has offered its users a branded t-shirt with charging function for mobile devices.




T-shirt has a piezoelectric film (used in acoustic Hi-Fi speakers), which, as a great microphone, absorbs external sound waves and through quartz crystals converts them to an electrical charge. Over the weekend with a noise level of 80 dB is generated up to 6 W/h of electricity, which is enough to charge two standard mobile phone or one smartphone.




For the first time tested the t-shirt will be at a music festival in Glastonbury.
