Soon summer! Many women now are looking for a way how to lose weight as it will come the holiday season, the sun and... strawberries! Every girl, girl and woman loves to enjoy this incredibly tasty and useful for the shape and the organism as a whole berries.The most simple, useful and yet effective diet is the so-called strawberry diet. It will help you to effortlessly and with pleasure to lose up to two and a half kilos in 4 days.
During the diet you need to restrict yourself to drink alcohol, coffee, flour and sweets. A day should eat about two pounds of fresh strawberries.
Before you start strawberry diet you should consult your physician, especially if you have any chronic diseases.
Just want to note that berry contains a low energy value, so it is better to try this diet during the weekend or holiday.
Menu.
Day1.
Breakfast: Cup (capacity 250 ml) strawberries, low-fat 1% yogurt (Cup), one green Apple and one tablespoon of honey in a blender grind, getting smoothies, or just cut salad with these ingredients, filled with yogurt.
Lunch: Salad made from fresh cucumbers (2 PCs), boiled chicken (50 GRS), the juice of half a lemon, strawberries (1 Cup), walnuts (1 PCs), green (any). You can fill a small amount (not more than a teaspoon) vegetable oil.
Grab one Cup (capacity 250 ml) strawberries and a slice of bread.
For the evening meal preparing salad. This time 50 grams of skim tvorog gr potatoes, medium onion, strawberries (Cup), half a Cup of yogurt and the juice of half a lemon.
Day 2.
Breakfast: strawberries one Cup and 1 slice of bread.
Lunch: 1-3 pancake filled with pureed strawberries (no sugar! ).
Afternoon tea: low-fat yogurt (1 Cup) and mashed strawberries (collecitve 250 ml, without sugar).
Dinner: Salad.
- strawberries (1 Cup)
fresh cabbage (100 g)
vegetable oil 1 small spoon)
Day 3.
Breakfast: lightly fried toast and 1 Cup strawberries.
Lunch: Cup (capacity 250 ml) strawberries, melon (200 grams and palanan.
Afternoon tea: black bread (a small piece), strawberries (1 Cup).
Dinner: and again salad:
boiled carrots (70 Gy)
- boiled potatoes (70 Gy)
- cabbage (70 Gy)
And for a couple of hours before bedtime scusate another Cup of strawberries.
Day 4.
Will eat cheese durum (50 g), 250 ml pureed strawberries.
Lunch: salad:
- small onion
boiled fish (100 g)
- strawberries (250 ml)
couple leaves of lettuce
- vegetable oil (teaspoon).
And finally, the last dinner in our diet:
Again salad one Cup strawberries, fresh Kachan cabbage (100 GRS), and we will fill all of a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
