Standing on my feet for 3 hours a day burns about 3.6 kg of fat per year, according to a report by John Buckley, Professor at the University of Chester.




Dr. Buckley argues that we must stop sitting on the chair, and some time to work standing up. This will save about weakness and back pain.




He believes that humans do not need to sit all the time at the table. Check emails, answer calls, and to review the documents you are.




Standing, not sitting, position during operation will help to reduce weight and improve blood circulation. Spending on legs at least 3 hours a day, you daily burn about 144 calories.
