Lose extra pounds quickly! If there is urgent need for the week to lose a few extra pounds, Women's Magazine offers you a quick diet. The result will not keep itself waiting long.



Day 1



Breakfast: 1 Apple, tea (black coffee without sugar and milk.

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 Apple (or orange).

Dinner: 1 egg, cabbage salad, tea.


Day 2





Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, tea (black coffee).

Lunch: boiled beef (100 g), cabbage salad, 1 glass of grape juice.

Dinner: 2 apples.



Day 3



Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato (cucumber), tea (coffee).

Lunch: cutlet (fried without oil), sauerkraut, 1 Cup of Apple juice.

Dinner: 1 Cup of nonfat yogurt.


Day 4





Breakfast: 100g cottage cheese, tea (coffee).

Lunch: boiled lean fish, cabbage salad, 1 glass of carrot juice.

Dinner: 2 apples.



Day 5-th



Breakfast: 1 egg, cabbage salad, and tea.

Lunch: 100 grams of beef, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 Cup of Apple juice.

Dinner: 1 Cup of nonfat yogurt.


Day 6





Breakfast: 100g cottage cheese, tea (coffee).

Lunch: boiled lean fish (100 g), sauerkraut, 1 Cup of carrot juice.

Dinner: 2 apples.


Day 7





Breakfast: 1 cream cheese, 1 Apple, tea (coffee).

Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of boiled chicken, tea.

Dinner: 1 Cup of nonfat yogurt.
