Vegetable skewers nothing like the perfect complement to traditional beef kebab. It's a side dish that you can cook right along with the main course on the same grill. And vegetarians and those who are on a diet can use it as a main dish.
Ingredients:
- 100 g cauliflower
- 30 g onions
75 g eggplant
- 100 g of young corn

- 200 g tomato
75 g of mushrooms
- 50 grams of vegetable oil

- Basil
- parsley
The stages of preparation:
To prepare vegetables: eggplant, cut into slices, onion rings, sweet pepper - wide strips. Cauliflower disassembled into small florets. Tomatoes and mushrooms to put entirely. Corn cut into pieces.
Mix the vegetables. Season with salt and sprinkle with dried Basil. Pour vegetable oil. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Fry the vegetables for 10-15 minutes.
