Italian dish Stew di Montone - lamb stew.
Ingredients:
- 500 g lamb
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 250 ml red wine
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
- carrot
- celery
- clove garlic
- Bay leaf
- rosemary
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
Meat cut into large cubes, salt and pepper. To fry. Add the vegetables, Bay leaf and rosemary leaves. All fry in the pan. Then sprinkle with the flour and add the tomato paste. Slightly put out and add 250 ml of water and red wine. Simmer the meat until cooked.
