It is optimal to start introducing meat foods, using industrial cooked canned meat intended for baby food. Their content is already well crushed and passed quality control. For children's canned foods use meat from animals fed without the use of hormones and gineticheski modified vegetable food.




When buying jars with meat foods, read the content in order to avoid allergic reactions on one component of mashed potatoes. In addition to the meat in the composition can be enabled:




- vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cabbage, zucchini, pumpkin, beets, green peas, onions);


- cereals (rice, barley, buckwheat, corn, semolina, barley, oats);


- vegetable oil (sunflower, corn, olive, soybean, canola);


- animal fats (butter, melted pork or chicken fat);


milk or soy proteins.




Meat to give the child needs with a side dish of vegetables or cereal. If you purchased a vegetable or cereal mashed potatoes with meat, one portion of it replaces the whole feeding.




Introduction to meat diet start with ¼ teaspoon of the meat sauce, mixed with the dish, to which the baby is used (with vegetables, for example). Then for 7-10 days this number is constantly increasing to 30 g per day. With eight months to give 50 g, and with nine - 60-70 grams of meat per day.
