Garlic zucchini cake


Summer squash cake can be served as an appetizer or main dish.


THE SET OF PRODUCTS




Garlic zucchini cake-medium zucchini 2 PCs;
-eggs 2 pieces;


-flour 4-5 tbsp;


-mayonnaise 2 tbsp.;


-sour cream 2 tbsp.;


-cheese 100 g;


-2 cloves garlic.;


-salt and pepper to taste;


fresh herbs to taste.




PROGRESS



1. Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add eggs, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Add flour, stir.




2. In a skillet with a small diameter heat the vegetable oil and put a few spoonfuls of pumpkin dough.



3. Fry the cakes over medium heat on both sides until Golden brown. Flip carefully - squash pancakes easily torn.




4. Finished cakes cool.




5. Prepare the sauce:




grate the garlic and cheese on a small grater, add mayonnaise, sour cream, and chopped herbs, stir.




6. Smeared and put zucchini cake, decorate with fresh herbs.
