The walnut diet


The walnut dietThe walnut diet was proposed by the Italian specialist in the 1980-ies of XX century. The main principle of nut diet is almost complete replacement of animal protein that is found in nuts ( walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts and almonds ). Unlike most extreme diets, diet walnut diet is quite balanced and has only one restriction: at every meal mass of the portion should not exceed 250, Walnut diet for 10 days, during which you will lose 3 kg In 10 days excluded consumption of sugar and sweets.


Menu





Breakfast



salad of arugula, tomatoes and chopped almonds, olive oil, pita bread, black coffee;
- cheesecake with sauce of orange juice, topped with almond petals, tea;


- a piece of pizza stuffed with tomato, green pepper and goat cheese, topped with crushed cashews.




Lunch




soup-mashed potatoes and fennel, lettuce with olive oil and any grind nuts, a glass of vegetable juice ( tomato, carrot or pumpkin );


soup-cream of broccoli and mushrooms with sour cream, a handful of walnuts, a handful of raisins or prunes, a Cup of berry juice ( strawberry, currant or cherry );


- tomato soup with Basil, salad with fried potatoes and leaves Lollo Rosso with mayonnaise, a glass of drinking unsweetened yogurt.




Afternoon tea




- a handful of nuts, a handful of raisins;


- a handful of nuts, an Apple;


- a handful of nuts, a handful of dates.





Dinners


- liquid porridge on the water, herbal tea ( chamomile, mint, lemon balm );


- salad of shredded carrots with cream or sour cream, stewed prunes and dried apricots;


salad of pickled cheese, blanched spinach and olive oil, cold hibiscus tea.
