Ingredients
- 4 pieces of duck breast
- 100 ml Muscat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper (crushed peppercorn)
- Sol
- 2 tbsp. of honey
Method of preparation:
Duck breast, place in a bowl, cover with nutmeg and sprinkle with pepper. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes, Remove (Muscat pour), drain and fry in olive oil for about 10 minutes, Remove the Breasts, add the nutmeg and heat until the Muscat will not be reduced in volume by half. Add vinegar and honey and continue to heat until you have a thick sauce.
Place the duck Breasts on a dish, pour the sauce over. As a side dish serve fried in olive oil mushrooms.
