Pea soup


Pea soupIngredients:


- 300 g split peas


- 2 onions


- 1 leek


- celery root


the sprig of thyme


- a bunch of greens for soup


- salt, pepper


- nutmeg (grated) - to taste


- 2-3 cloves


- 3 cups of water





Method of preparation:


Peas fill with cold water and cook over low heat for 3 hours. For 30 minutes before end of cooking add the chopped onion, leek and celery. 5 minutes until cooked, add the chopped parsley to the soup, thyme, cloves, salt, black pepper, nutmeg.




Then the vegetables with peas preroute in a blender or RUB through a sieve and warm.
