Kiyani often rest in the Crimea

"We all know that vacationers from Ukraine are the main consumer group of the Crimean resort and we wanted to know in which regions of Ukraine vacation in the Crimea particularly popular," - said the expert.




According to her, among respondents in this year tourists the number of Kiev, who came to the Peninsula, was 21, 84%. In second place are themselves Crimeans, 11, 38% of whom prefer to relax without leaving the territory of the Peninsula. This is followed by the residents of Kharkov (6, 25%), Donetsk (5, 89%), Lviv (5, 57%), Zaporizhzhia (3, 90%) and Luhansk (2, 86%). The share of all other cities of Ukraine have 42, 24% of holidaymakers.




The survey was conducted from 1 June to 31 August in the resort towns, recreational institutions of the Crimea and the railway station of Simferopol. Altogether, 3, 314 thousand respondents.




As previously reported by the Resort information center, according to preliminary data, during the holiday season current, the Crimea was visited by approximately 5, 2 million tourists, most of whom were Ukrainians.
