Chicken in green


Thai cuisine is always with reverence and tenderness treated recipes from chicken meat. Today we present you some spicy dish of chicken and herbs.

Recipe for 4 servings. Cooking time - 20 minutes.


The product set:


2 tablespoons of peanut butter; 225g chicken breast, finely chopped; finely chopped 6 cloves garlic; 700 g spinach leaves, whole or torn into large pieces; 1, 5 tablespoons fish sauce; freshly ground black pepper; 1, 5 teaspoons finely chopped roasted unsalted peanuts, red chili pepper, deseeded and shredded for serving.


Progress:


Heat oil in a pan "SAI", put the chicken and sauté, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. Put in the chicken with a slotted spoon onto kitchen towel; set aside.Add garlic in the wok and fry until it changes colour.


Put a slotted spoon half of the garlic on a kitchen towel; set aside. Increase the heat under the pan so that the oil is slightly Smoking. Quickly place the spinach and quickly toss with oil and garlic.


Put the chicken on top of spinach, drizzle with fish sauce and pepper. Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Put on top of the nuts and deferred garlic, put in a bowl serve chili.


Serve immediately.
