A delicious dinner for a large family!


Potato casserole with meat and cheese



We need (for 6 servings):


Minced meat 500 g Potatoes 10 pcs.


Onions 2 pieces


Cheese 200 g


Salt to taste.


Pepper to taste.


Fresh mushrooms 400 g


Mayonnaise to taste.


Garlic to taste.




Mince.




Add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and some finely chopped onion (to taste). Thoroughly mixed. Potatoes (raw) cut, a little salt, pepper, add the mayonnaise and stir. Mushrooms clean, well washed and cut into not too small. Onion cut into half rings. Baking dish a little grease with vegetable oil. At the bottom of the form put a few slices of mushroom and a little onion. Cover the stuffing. Then spread a layer of onions and mushrooms. Cover all this with potatoes. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked). Then take out, sprinkle thickly with grated cheese and again in the oven. Increase the temperature to 250 degrees. Once the cheese is browned, the dish is ready.
