The recipe for our "snow" ice cream perfectly fit into the new year buffet


What will it take?


-150 grams of sugar;


to 50 g of powdered sugar;




-1/2 l cream 30%;




-3 eggs;




-1/2 stakamaka;


-vanilla sugar.


How connect?



1. Separate the egg yolks from whites.


2. Proteins combine with powdered sugar, whipped.




3. RUB the yolks with the vanilla and sugar.




4. Gently heat the milk, add the yolk mass, stir until thick, then add whipped cream, whites, until smooth stir.




5. Pour the mass in the molds, remove in the freezer for 6 hours minimum.




Before serving homemade Christmas ice cream "snow" is made jam or jam and powdered sugar.
