Herring under a fur coat for kids
2 fillets of herring
3 green apples,
bread for toasting,
2 tablespoons almonds,
3 tablespoons of whipped cream,
2 teaspoon ketchup.
Apple RUB on a coarse grater, herring slice diagonally. On a platter arrange lettuce
and a slice of bread, and the herring. Peeled and crushed almonds, apples, mix with cream, whipped with ketchup. Put everything on the fish.
