Cucumber diet


Cucumber dietThe diet is based on the physiological effect of fresh cucumbers: stimulation of digestion and the promotion of food through the intestines, bowel cleansing, normalization of water-salt balance, cleansing, machigonne action, activation of metabolism.


Menu cucumber diet formed so that 1 day was eaten 1, 5 - 2, 5 kilograms of cucumbers for 3-4 hours (and 5 and 6 receptions).





1st day



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, two cucumber.

Lunchsoup of fresh vegetables: cucumber, radish, carrot (not fry). One Apple. Optional Afternoon tea: one orange

Dinner: salad with cucumber and herbs in vegetable oil

Optional: (2 hours before bedtime): one cucumber


day 2



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, one cucumber.

Lunch: boil 50 grams of beef, salad with cucumber and radish. Optional snack: one Apple.

Dinner: salad with cucumber and herbs in vegetable oil

Optional: (2 hours before bedtime): one cucumber



day 3



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, two cucumber.

Lunch: boiled fish (100 gram), boiled rice (100 grams). One pickles.

Optional afternoon tea: one cucumber.

Dinner: salad with cucumber and herbs in vegetable oil

Optional (2 hours before bedtime): one cucumber



day 4



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, one cucumber.

Lunchboiled rice (100 grams), cucumber, 20 grams of hard cheese varieties. Optional snack: one pear.

Dinner: salad with cucumber and herbs in vegetable oil

Optional: (2 hours before bedtime): one cucumber



day 5



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, two cucumber.

Lunch: vegetable salad: cucumber, cabbage, carrot, radish. One orange.

Optional afternoon tea: one Apple.

Dinner: salad with cucumber and herbs in vegetable oil. 20 grams of hard cheese varieties.

Optional: (2 hours before bedtime): one cucumber



day 6



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, one cucumber.

Lunchsoup of fresh vegetables: cucumber, radish, carrot (not fry), one egg. One pear.

Optional afternoon teaone Mandarin.

Dinner: salad with cucumber and herbs in vegetable oil

Optional (2 hours before bedtime): one cucumber



day 7



Breakfast: a small piece of rye bread, two cucumber.

Lunchsoup of fresh vegetables: cucumber, radish, carrot (not fry). One Apple.

Optional afternoon tea: one cucumber
