Dutch diet


Dutch dietDutch diet, computed for a week, will help not only to lose up to 3 kg, but remain almost always full.



Day 1



Breakfast: 1 Cup fruit cocktail, 1 cracker with smoked meat, 2 cups of tea.

2-nd Breakfast: 2 cups coffee, 1 slice of pie for Breakfast (muffin), 1 fruit.

Lunch: 2 sandwiches with a slice of grilled ham, 1 eggs + tomato and onion, 1 Cup of bold milk.

Afternoon tea: 2 cups of tea, 1 Cup of broth.

Dinner: 100 g steak, grilled asparagus, 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes.

Bedtime: fruit, 1 light yogurt with 2 tablespoons of fruit cocktail 2 cups of coffee, lemonade without sugar.



Day 2



Breakfast: 1 sandwich, 1 slice of cheese 20 g, 1 krakat meat or sausage, 2 cups of tea.

2-nd Breakfast: 2 cups coffee, 1 biscuit, 1 fruit.

Lunch: 1 gun-bread, cream cheese, slices of kiwi, 1 Cup milk drink or milk.

Afternoon tea: 2 cups of tea, 1 Cup of broth.

Dinner: hot meal - 1 chicken cutlet with 90 g of ham and cheese, 2 small potatoes.

Bedtime: 1 plate light vanilla fly, 2 cups coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade.



Day 3



Breakfast: 1 light yogurt + 2 tablespoons of muesli, 1 Cup orange juice, 2 cups of tea.

2-nd Breakfast: 2 cups coffee, 1 slice of cake, 1 fruit.

Lunch: 2 sandwiches, filet American with bow cornbeef, 1 Cup karnemelk.

Afternoon tea: 2 cups of tea, 1 Cup of broth.

Dinner: fillet turkeys.

Bedtime1 bowl of light fruit yogurt, 2 cups coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade.



Day 4



Breakfast: 2 sandwiches, strudel, 1 krakat, 20 g cream cheese, 2 cups of tea.

2-nd Breakfast: 2 cups coffee, 1 biscuit, 1 fruit.

Lunch: 2 sandwiches with smoked ham, cucumber, tomato, bilock, 1 bold Cup of milk.

Afternoon tea: 2 cups of tea, 1 Cup of broth.

Dinner: French cutlet (lamb with garlic, red wine, pepper, olive oil, cream fresh, roasted 3 minutes with 2 parties in a saucepan) with broccoli or mashed potatoes.

Bedtime: 1 Cup of yogurt and vanilla fly, 2 cups coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade.



Day 5-th



Breakfast: 1 Cup cottage cheese, 2 cups of tea.

2-nd Breakfast: 2 cups coffee, 1 slice of cake, 1 fruit.

Lunch: 2 sandwiches, thin orange marmalade, 1 Cup of milk.

Afternoon tea: 2 cups of tea, 1 Cup of broth.

Dinner: 600 g cod, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, onion, garlic, 4 fleshy tomatoes, black pitted olives, parsley - all put out for 20 minutes at 190 degrees with salad and pasta.

Bedtime: 1 plate light yogurt, 2 cups of coffee, lemonade, fruit.


Day 6





Breakfast: 1 sandwich, salami + cheese, 2 slices of roast beef, 2 cups of tea.

2-nd Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee, cake, fruit.

Lunch: 2 sandwiches, Tatars 100 g (raw sausage), onion, egg, 1 Cup of bold milk.

Afternoon tea: 2 cups of tea, 1 Cup of broth.

Dinner: 1 Cup of tomato soup, 1 stokbro, 30 grams of beef, 1 onion, 3 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, nutmeg, 4 thin slices of cheese, stokbrood with chicken - fry 10 minutes in the oven; 1 bold glass of milk.

Bedtime: 1 Cup light yogurt with chopped Apple and cinnamon, 2 cups coffee, 1 glass of sherry or wine, lemonade, 2 pieces of sausage with cheese Motoren.



Day 7



Breakfast: 1 roasted rostra sandwich with scrambled eggs and tomato, 1 Cup orange juice, 2 cups of tea.
