The sixteenth century was in many ways a turning point in the history of mankind. The triumph, and then the decline of the ideals of the Renaissance, numerous religious wars, the transition from one form of society to another. Old values disappear, new ones have not yet emerged. His arrival and the resurrection of the French Kingdom are expected to 1999, the Great Monarch is destined to unite Europe, freeing it from all hostile forces, to which Nostradamus refers to "yellow Horde races" and anti-Christian forces of Asia. He will become the Ruler of the world and the United Nations of Europe and give the Nations of the Earth 57 years of peace. Whereof this is the quatrain. VI, 70, which may serve as an epigraph to the life and work of Henry Happy:
The ruler of the world will be the Great Henry
Who after death will inspire the future generations of love, respect and fear.
His fame and his deeds will outlive his time.
He would only need one title Winner.
This Great Monarch, as already noted in previous chapters, is a descendant of the Bourbon dynasty and successor of Henry IV, who, like Christ, a Martyr's death of Louis XVI. He was born in the city, located at the intersection of the 0° longitude and 48° of latitude, as discussed in the quatrains IV, 95 and VII, 10.
About the origin of the Great Monarch said in a quatrain XI, 14:

M. Morin interprets this quatrain thus: "When the Ascending node of the moon (le serpent - "snake") will be included in the sign of Leo (lict royal), night secretly give birth to a woman. It will be on the new moon (chien'n abayerant). Then to be born in France ruler, the true king of all great leaders will see in the sky signs. This quatrain has astrological color. Nostradamus made his calculations on the Julian calendar. Nostradamus mentions also about the monstrous force of missile range ("Lightning in Luki"), destroying the wealth of London (III, 13). For the first time since the days of William the Conqueror Henry takes on British soil.
The fate of England unenviable. It turns into one of the States. Whereof this quatrain X, 66:
The head of London appointed America,
Scottish island is managed through the ice (the airline through Iceland and the North pole).
Despite the defeat England, Italy as the allied powers naval forces remains dissatisfied. Continues to straddle the dictator with curly hair, envying the glory of the young king.
Strong throw Henry Happy defeats the upper Italy and captures Milan (IV, 37). Austrian General was taken prisoner. He put on (IV, 34) "Golden chain", lead to the victorious Henry and provide all kinds of honors. "Red fleet", sent to China, destroyed off the coast of the Riviera (IV, 37; IV, 68). Nostradamus mentions this fear in predicting 40:

This Henry Happy, as opposed to the greatest battle of all time "Great camel" and destroying it close to the Alps. Camel - Asian animal imported in the fourteenth century before Christ in Arabia from Mongolia, is an apt symbol for the United Chinese and Arabs.

After the victory of Leo in the zodiac sign of Leo
In the Jurassic plateau happens a mass battle:

Ulm lion will find the grave in the papal States near Avignon.
Thus, Henry, Ulm lion, will save Europe from destruction of its Western Christian culture. After this the only kind of victory he will be elected in Rome "King of Europe" and will die in Avignon in old age.
57 years of peace on earth
Henry Happy gives the peoples of the Earth 57 years of peace. Nostradamus predicts the quatrain X, 89 offensive "sweet time":
The newly built walls of marble bricks. 57 years of peace:
The joy of the people.

Health, rich harvest, fun.
According to preliminary calculations, the beginning of peace on Earth are 2040,
The basis of government is justice, (X, 42):

The Antichrist was to be born in Spain, there will be valid. It is possible that Nostradamus had imagined the first of the Antichrist as one of the descendants, maybe even son (illegitimate) of Philip II of Spain, to whom he was extremely negative. Grandfathers, uncles and fathers, First the Antichrist will surpass its brutality, it is, in this case, a specific historical person, contemporaries of Nostradamus - Charles V and his brother Ferdinand I and Philip II.

In paragraph 46 of Nostradamus gives the chronological framework of the Second reign of the Antichrist. It will last until the death of three characters who, apparently identical with the three "secular" (or "temporary") kings. The distinguishing feature of these kings is their ignorance. Perhaps Nostradamus meant that they and the "secular" (in the sense that they oppose the clergy), and "temporary" (in the sense that they were chosen at the time). About the first of these "kings" we only know that he was born in the beginning of the century, the second is a native of Lyon, i.e., the Frenchman, and the third is Italian from the house of Modena and Ferrara (i.e., from the dynasty of the Dukes d'este, who in times of Nostradamus owned Modena and Ferrara).

The first two quatrains have three common characteristics with a prose story of Nostradamus about the time of the Second Antichrist: 1 - mention of ignorant rulers, 2 - the use of the word "letters" to refer to both the literature and the Humanities, 3 - the mention of the flood. The third quatrain (V, 96) does not have these defining characteristics, but is mounted with the first two thematically. In quatrain IV, 18 says about the catastrophe of the exact Sciences (astronomy and everything connected with it), I, 62 - about the catastrophe of the Humanities, and in V, 96 depicts the environment in which it all happened. Rose, as you know, is a symbol of silence. This character in the first line explains the ironic remark in the third line to say it is possible, but not opening his mouth.
According to Nostradamus (paragraph 40), 6 thousand years from the creation of the world will be fulfilled in 1826, this will be the beginning of a decisive seventh Millennium of human history. Thus, the Second Antichrist will end up 1826 to 1828, and for some time there will be almost Golden age, the distinguishing feature of which will be universal peace.
But this respite will last long. Soon Aquilonia kings, connecting with the East, again begins the persecution of the Church. Hearing about the disaster of his people, God is the Creator of order to cast Satan into the deepest abyss and bind it there. Then will come the great peace between God and men, and Satan will remain bound for a thousand years, and then again will be unleashed".
