This diet can be followed for longer than weeks, as dozens of products, supplemented with onions, herbs and other aforementioned additives, contain all the essential nutrients, and the ability to combine products in any combination and prepare them in any way (although, parenthetically, frying it is better to avoid) allows you to make your diet varied and not boring.

Diet "On the clock"
The first five days of food should be taken every two hours. The next ten days, you should eat as usual, but it is desirable to limit the flour and sweet (diet bread and fruit sugar). Menu:

Breakfast: 2 cups of tea (preferably green), 1-2 eggs (any kind), 1 Cup of yogurt or a bowl of fat-free cottage cheese, 1 tablet of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - 10 days, it can be replaced on some fruit.
Lunch (11 hours): Drink a glass of water. Eat first, half of the fish in order to suppress the appetite and start the digestion. DOeste fish, alternating it with boiled vegetables. Will a plate of raw vegetables. Finish good fruit. Salt add on minimum, be sure to pepper, garlic, onion, coriander, Basil, spices and seasonings.
Lunch: 2 large glasses of water before lunch. After lunch in 2 hours without a drink. 250 g fish (baked fish, boiled fish... most importantly, without fat) or seafood.
