Ingredients:
- 2 red sweet pepper
- onions
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- toast
- 1 bunch salad
- 2 small tomatoes
- 175 g ham
- 150 g of Gouda cheese
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Method of preparation:
Wash the vegetables and cut into half rings. The pepper remove the core.
Fry in a pan in butter first bow, and then put it on a plate and pepper.
Wash lettuce and Pat dry with paper towel.
Finely chop the ham and cheese.
The oil which remained after roasting onions and peppers, add the vinegar and the resulting mixture spread slices of toast.
