Very often the recruiter or hiring Manager asks at the end of the interview: "Do You have any questions? " And here it is important not to make mistakes.




Never ask about what you can learn by opening the first leaflet of the company. Because you are only demonstrating their incompetence and the fact that you have absolutely no idea where and why you are here. In the early 90-ies of XX century, such a question would not be strange. But now, when the Internet is in every second house, and even in a small town there are at least five Internet cafes, ask a question about the company incorrectly. Find out in advance what the company does, where you are going to work. Learn the basic facts about the company's management. Read information about the activities and performance of the company. Not worth wasting the time of the interview on such things.




The next question is "what kind of salary." If the vacancy announcement did not specify a specific amount of salary, do not rush the first thing to know about the amount of salary. You don't have time to talk about themselves, and want to know something about money. You will first do not ask the question about the amount of remuneration. To financial matters can proceed only if the recruiter or Manager, he went on to talk about salary.




If in the course of conversation with a potential employer you realized that your job is not quite suits you, do not rush immediately to ask "what jobs do You have? " Such a question worth asking just in case if you are denied on the position you originally claimed. This refusal must be accompanied by a counter offer from a potential employer. Otherwise it will look like obsession.




Questions about how soon you will be able to get a promotion, it is better not to ask. Don't forget: you have just come, you have not yet picked up. Pretty reckless to ask about when you will be able to enter in a private room, when you have not allocated the working place in the office. Show your dedication and ambition, but do not overdo it. Ask prospects, but don't forget: your goal is to get the current job, not to prepare a "platform for start".




You should not ask the question "is it possible to start work a little later." Posing such a question means that you are not too keen to be diligent employee. If you have reasons why you can't start working right now, then you should first put their Affairs in order. And only then begin the employment process.




Not good to ask questions like "how often do You raise the salary" or "How fast does the career ladder. These questions can give the employer the idea that you think more about money than about their duties. This includes excessive curiosity about the social package, bonuses, premiums and other similar questions. The more you are only interested in personal financial gain, the more you give reasons to doubt their business qualities and ability to be a "team player".




Never ask for a break. If we are talking about the breaks in the work of the employee of the supermarket or the call center is one. But the smoke and other legitimate ways to "take time off" from their immediate duties immediately cause you to suspicious.




Avoid personal questions to your interviewer, not to go into the minor details or gender questions regarding the team. It will only create a mixed image that will not be a plus in the eyes of a future employer.




Questions about the schedule of holidays, compensatory time off, sick leave should also be left for the final part of the interview, when talking about salary and promotion will lead an employer itself. As long as you have not received a formal offer to become an employee of the company, do not rush to ask questions leave and bonuses.
