Usually students eyesight begins to deteriorate to the fifth class. Therefore, we encourage parents to teach their children simple exercises from the very first days in school, in elementary school.
To perform these exercises every hour while doing homework at home and, if possible, in the middle of a lesson at school.
For students in 1st-3rd grades
In the sitting position, leaning back in his chair, take a deep breath. Bend over to the Desk (the Desk) and exhaling. Repeat 5-6 times.
