Dirty work

Dirty workAdmit it, how long have you cleaned the battery, cleaned the trash or change the vacuum bag to collect dust? I'm willing to bet that nobody likes. But, because of unpleasant work still can not be avoided, we decided to help you deal with it quickly.

Work № 1. The wastebasket. Time: 15 minutes.

Why is it important? Remnants of food and liquids, stuck to the walls and bottom of the basket., promote the growth of bacteria and mold. Fungus and mold from getting into the air that can cause Allergy symptoms which becomes allergic rhinitis or asthma syndrome.

If possible, put the bucket on the street, if not, wash it in the bathroom.

Spray the bucket from inside the tool to destroy pet odors. These tools contain enzymes which are good bacteria and bad odor. Wearing rubber gloves, clean the bucket a separate brush or stiff brush with synthetic bristles. Rinse, then dry with a paper towel or turn upside down and leave to dry.

Try to do it every month or once from the bucket will start to smell bad.

Work № 2. The dust bag. Time: 5-10 minutes.

Why is it important? When the dust bag is filled more than half, the vacuum begins to suck worse garbage. The further away, the harder it is to operate the device. Sometimes it happens that due to the overflowing bag breaks the engine.

First turn on the vacuum cleaner so he sucked in a bag of rubbish that is left in the pipe. Unplug the device from the socket.

If the bag you have removable: before you disconnect it, cover adhesive tape pipe in the place where the hose connects to the vacuum cleaner, not to breathe a scattering dust. If a dust collector in the form of a container, put it in a garbage bag cover so that dust does not get in your face, and shake out. Better to do it on the street. Then rinse with hot water and dry before placing into place.

Work № 3. Lamps with shades. Time: 15 minutes.

Why is it important? Sad debris insects accumulate under the ceiling throughout the summer. They are not dangerous for your health, but who gives pleasure to watch them?

Turn off the light. Wear an apron with pockets and put them in the necessary tools. With a screwdriver and a cotton rag in my pocket climb on a ladder or table. Remove the lampshade and wipe with a cloth bulbs.

Get off down and follow to the kitchen. Throw it in the bin all the bugs and moths. Then cover with a large sink dish towel so the ceiling is not cracked during washing. Place it on a towel and fill with warm water, adding a small amount of dishwashing. Soak the ceiling for half an hour.

Then wipe it with a sponge, rinse with water and allow to dry. (Most of the shades can also be put in the dishwasher, except for very delicate or painted.)

When the ceiling is dry, attach it back. (In the future, choose shades of frosted glass in them somehow less noticeable dead insects.)

Try to do it at any time when you are already tired of moths in the lamp.

Work № 4. Toaster. Time: 5-10 minutes.

Why is it important? Apart from the fact that accumulated in the toaster crumb-unpleasant sight, they can start to spread smoke throughout the kitchen while you fry yourself toast for Breakfast.

For a toaster: remove and remove the bottom tray for crumbs. Wash and wipe dry. Holding the toaster upside down over a bucket, gently tapping and shaking it, shake out the crumbs.

For a toaster-oven: place in the oven filled with water container that withstands high temperatures. Leave on for 10 minutes at 170° C. Open the oven, remove from the pan and grill, clean the crumbs. Use a plastic spatula to remove adhering pieces. Wash the pan and the grill and wipe dry with a cotton cloth. Try to do it every month.

Work № 5. Outdoor refrigerator condenser. Time: 20-30 minutes.

Why is it important? The accumulation of dust on the back of the fridge where the condenser can lead to inefficient operation. And the dust under the fridge, connecting with the moist air can ruin the floor.

Pull the refrigerator for himself, grabbing the edges and gently pulling him to her. Many models are equipped with wheels, so it's not as difficult as you think. When you are able to go behind the refrigerator, unplug it from the wall outlet. If you have a model with ice maker, first turn off the water supply, not to accidentally tear the hose.

To remove the dust on the fins and tubes of the condenser, use a long narrow brush in the form of a brush. And then vacuum with a brush attachment.

Wipe the wall behind the refrigerator, and then the fridge in the back and both sides with a damp cloth, using a means for washing dishes. Wash the floor, adding in 2 liters of warm water 1/3 Cup vinegar. Tile and stone floor it is better to use a special tool, also diluted in water.

After the floor dries, place the refrigerator in place and do not forget to turn if off the water supply to the ice maker, also connect).

Try to do it twice a year.

Work No. 6. Shower and tile in the bathroom. Time: 10-15 minutes.

Why is it important? If this is not done for too long, mold and fungus can grow between the breaks in the walls of the shower and in the joints of the tiles, and you won't be able to get rid of them. And fatty soap residue can ruin the color of the tile or stone.

Sprinkle wall of the universal cleanser. Then wipe them with a brush with stiff bristles. If plaque is too strong, use a special tool to remove. Seams handle the special sponge the stain remover.

For the walls of the shower, use glass cleaner. If it was not or it fails with a strong tinge, take undiluted vinegar, heated to boiling point (be careful during cleaning). Because the brush can damage and scratch the glass, use a microfiber cloth or soft sponge.

The fingerprints on the walls of the shower also delete using vinegar - just apply and leave for a few minutes. Then wipe the glass with a small brush and wipe clean with a dry towel. Water can not wash.

Try to do this every week to keep it clean (using universal tools) and once a month for care.

In order to reduce the cleaning time. A few simple steps that should become a habit.

The kitchen and bathroom

Put a couple of paper napkins (even used) to the bottom of the trash can, so they absorb excess moisture and odors.

Use liquid or glycerin soap. Ordinary soap is the main reason for soap residue and stains/ around faucets, under the soap box and on the walls of the shell; also often contributes to the formation of fatty deposits on the waste pipe, which can cause clogging.

Put the bottom of the microwave paper towels (several layers of about 10) to protect the bottom surface of the mud. After using the microwave oven can be removed each time the top layer.

Ventilate the bathroom, turn on the fan for 10 minutes or if there is, open the window while taking a shower to prevent mold.

To not calcareous in the toilet once a month, pour down a glass of vinegar. Leave overnight, then simply rinse off.

Wipe walls and glass doors after showering rubber scraper, preventing the formation of plaque.

Work No. 7. Radiators and vents. Time: 15 minutes for each section.

Why is it important? First, any dust is harmful to health, and the dust from the vents and hoods goes directly into the room. In addition, the devices start worse function.

Fans

Turn off the fan. Vacuum floors and skirting underneath, as well as the outer part of the ventilation openings. Remove the cover from the fan, using a screwdriver. If not pull out, grab a ladder. Wash the grille with means for washing dishes, using a hard brush (plastic or aluminum cover can be washed in the dishwasher). If you want the grille became good as new, just soak it in hot water (long exposure to cleaning products can damage the paint). Clean the ventilation pipe with a damp brush, which will be able to penetrate inside (as you can get). Wait, when all will dry up, and fasten the grille back in place.

Radiators

Wipe off the dust between sections batteries and radiators with brushes or special brushes for the battery. If possible, do not use large amounts of water, because it may cause corrosion in the future.

Try to do it twice a year.
